B-Boy and Hip Hop artist from the first hour – Akanni born and raised in the Bronx New York was one of those pioneer b-boys cyphering at the corners of their blocks, kicking the hip hop culture into life. Starting in 1976 he rapidly developed his own moves and style and began b-boying early in professional dance crews like Action Squad (featuring the Ringling Brothers Circus !) touring with them through the U.S. and Europe.
