Announcing THE LUMBERJACK & GIN TOUR 2011
Soul singer and trumpet player Miles Bonny and producer Suff Daddy get ready for their first common Europe tour by the name of LUMBERJACK & GIN. In June and July 2011 Berlinese beats & Soul vocals from Kansas City join together for a high proof interaction between sampler and mic. These two friends of drinking and outdoor activities already collaborated on Suff’s “Suff4Life EP” & his album “Gin Diaries” – new tracks are in the making. Additionally to these joints Miles and Suff present unknown songs of their forthcoming releases on Melting Pot Music. For any booking requests and further information please contact us.
Meanwhile Miles Bonny showed up with two free tracks. Ta-Ku from Perth did an instrumental of a tune that’s making it’s way through the charts at the moment and features Miles Bonny. The song is called Down To Earth Club Music and can be downloaded here.

On Feb 25 Suff Daddy dropped his new 7″ single ‘Gnac dedicated to the joy of drinking cognac via Melting Pot Music. The 7“ is accompanied by a video from Robert Winter and Typoclique, that follows the Berlin producer on his quest for the best cognac, filmed in Cologne and Prague.

Miles Bonny loves you. His music evokes feelings of honesty and musicality, and he wouldn’t want it any other way. The son of Francis Bonny, a professional trumpet player, Miles has been exposed to Jazz, Latin, and Classical music all of his life. Growing up with trumpets around him, he played his first note at age 2. Frequent trips accompanying his father at latin, jazz, and symphony rehearsals allowed him to meet greats such as Tito Puente and Max Roach. (more…)
